Thank you for your business! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 on most orders. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping, excluding items from the Cowboy Hats and Cowboy Boots collections. Cowboy Hats ship for a flat rate of $35 per order, and Cowboy Boots ship for a flat rate of $15 per order.
Orders containing Cowboy Hats or Cowboy Boots will incur the applicable collection-specific shipping charges at checkout, even if other items in the order qualify for free shipping.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside this area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
