Refund policy

We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging (including boot and hat boxes). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Boots

Boots must be tried on indoors only.

We cannot accept returns on boots that show wear, including:

  • Scuffs or marks on the soles

  • Creases, scratches, or other visible wear on the leather

Please walk on carpet when trying on boots to help keep them return‑eligible.


Hats

Hats that have been shaped, steamed, customized, or otherwise altered are final sale and not returnable.

Unworn, unshaped hats with all original tags attached may be returned within 30 days.


Exceptions / non‑returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance and markdown items

  • Special orders and custom orders

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

If you’re unsure whether a specific item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing or before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. If you prefer an exchange and the replacement is in stock, we’re happy to help arrange that.


European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
