Prineville Men’s Wear Clothing Store Legal Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

This Legal Policy governs all purchases and interactions with Prineville Men’s Wear. By purchasing from or engaging with our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  2. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs.   Prineville Men’s Wear does not provide return labels or reimburse shipping expenses. We recommend using a track-able service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  3. Shipping
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
  5. Privacy
    We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
